Frequently Asked Questions
Effective August 10, 2026
How is FlexRay priced?
Per instance, per month, at the rate for your plan (Starter, Pro or Enterprise). You choose how many instances to contract; you may connect fewer but are billed for the contracted quantity, and you cannot connect more than you have paid for. Prices are shown in US Dollars from the United States and in Brazilian Reais from Brazil.
What counts as an instance?
A distinct machine (host) that connects a monitoring agent. Fleet deployments count each distinct host against your limit.
How do I sign up?
Two ways: self-service on the website, where you pick a plan and pay before your account is provisioned; or through a partner, where an account is created with the instance count agreed in a signed contract.
What access does FlexRay need to my cloud?
The billing-analysis role we ask you to create is read-only. Deploying the agent and some optional features use your cloud provider's command channel (for example AWS Systems Manager) to install and update the agent on hosts you designate — you authorize that when you use those features. You can revoke access at any time.
What is the performance overhead of the agent?
The kernel-level (eBPF) instrumentation is designed to be lightweight; measured overhead is a small fraction of one CPU core on typical hosts and scales with how busy the host is. Actual overhead depends on your workload.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes — you can cancel any time. Consumers contracting online under Brazilian law have a 7-day withdrawal right. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I export or delete my data?
From your organization settings you can request a machine-readable export of your data or request account deletion. See the Privacy Policy for how each works and the timeframes involved.
Is FlexRay certified (SOC 2, ISO 27001)?
We build to recognized control frameworks and can export evidence bundles mapped to them. Formal certifications, where held or in progress, are stated explicitly and are not implied by the availability of an export.
